A specific solution to manage HR tasks

While working on the user story we realized the need to make daily HR tasks more accessible. We created a lobby screen where all daily tasks are displays and by clicking on the task’s tittle you can enter the task and edit. Furthermore, we created a smart search where tasks can be located according to name, department, date and task which saved a lot of precious time. The solution also included options to add tasks, share and view via keys integrated in the daily task system. Entering and viewing tasks obviously can also be done from the calendar.
